Ingredients:
Turn on oven broiler and fryer. Fry chicharrónes according to package. Place chicharrónes onto an oven safe pan. Top with the diced chicken, elotes, grilled jalapeño, and asadero cheese. Place the pan under the broiler until all the cheese is melted. Top the nachos with the Pico, avocado, green onion, queso fresco and tajin. Drizzle with crema and cilantro lime Cholula. Serve with Fresh guacamole on the side.
