Ingredients:
Heat oven, or fry to 350°F. Bake or fry chips to a light golden brown. Season with salt, red pepper flake, and garlic and set aside. Meanwhile, add the 2 cups of Salsa Verde in a medium pan and simmer until hot. Sear the rib lifter and chorizo on the flattop or in a pan until cooked through. Add the crispy tortilla chips to the pan with the Salsa Verde and fold until all the tortillas are covered. Top with chorizo, rib lifter, cotija, onion, cilantro, Mexican crema, and fried egg. Serve with refried beans on the side and enjoy!
