Heat the grill to medium high heat. In a large bowl, combine all skewer ingredients, oil, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic. On large skewers, thread beef, mushroom, onion, peppers, squash and onion. Place the skewer on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, Dijon, thyme, orange zest, paprika, cayenne, red pepper, and cracked black pepper. Brush the cooked skewers with the garlic butter and serve.
