  • Brioche Buns
  • Gochujang Sauce (Scratch or Store Bought)
  • Kewpie Mayo
  • Persian Cucumber, Thinly Sliced

Slaw Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Red Cabbage, Finely Shredded
  • 1 Lime, Juiced
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seed, Black & White
  • 3 Tbsp Kewpie Mayo
  • 2 Large Carrots, Julienned
  • ½ cup Bean Sprouts
  • 2 Green Onions, Finely Sliced
  • ½ cup Cilantro Leaves
  • ½ cup Mint Leaves
  • ¼ cup Fried Shallots (Optional)/Onions

For the slaw, prep and mix all ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Cook chicken according to package. Next, Toast buns and place the Spicy Chicken on top of the bottom bun. Drizzle patty with gochujang sauce. Next, add Asian slaw, a drizzle of mayo and the top bun. Serve immediately.
