Ingredients:
Heat flattop to medium high. Toss sliced beef in hoisin and sear rib lifter, set aside. Saute peppers and carrots on the flattop and set aside. On a piece of butter lettuce, arrange several pieces of rib lifter, red bell pepper, and carrot. Garnish with water chestnuts, bean sprouts, green onion, and sesame seeds. Serve with dipping sauces and enjoy!
