  • ½ cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¾ Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Stalk Celery, Diced
  • 2 Roasted Jalapeños
  • ½ Red Onion, Small Diced
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper, Small Diced
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Lime, Juiced
  • Salt and Pepper, to Taste

Instructions

Slice and dice the celery, red onion, red bell pepper, roasted jalapeños, and cilantro. Add those ingredients to a mixing bowl along with the pulled Chicken Breast, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until it’s well combined. Let it chill in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
