  • 1-2 Lbs Chicken Breast Strips for Fajitas
  • 4 oz Pepperoni Slices
  • 1 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Purée
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Garlic
  • 2 tsp Cornmeal
  • 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 oz Pizza Sauce
  • 2 tsp Chopped Fresh Thyme
  • Orange Zest
  • ¾ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • Hot Honey for Drizzle

Let dough rest, covered, at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 450°F. Punch dough down. Sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal. Roll dough out to a 14-inch circle on baking sheet. Brush dough with 1 tablespoon oil; ladle pizza sauce, starting from center, and sprinkle with 2 ounces cheese. Arrange chicken and pepperoni over cheese, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Top with remaining cheese and crushed red pepper. Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with herbs, zest, and drizzle hot honey on top!
