Honey Butter:
For the honey butter, in a 2-cup liquid measuring cup (or other small, shatter-proof mixing bowl with tall sides), combine the softened butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Using a hand mixer, whip the ingredients together until the butter is light and fluffy and place aside. Cook chicken and biscuits according to manufacturer’s instructions. For assembly, cut the biscuits in half and spoon a little of the honey butter on the biscuit. Place chicken tender on top. Spoon a little extra honey butter over the chicken and add fried egg on top. Smear jalapeño jelly on underside of top biscuit. Add the top biscuit and push a long toothpick through to hold the chicken in place. Drizzle on top with Hot Honey Repeat with the remaining chicken and biscuits. Serve and enjoy!
