Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out the puff pastry, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with grated parmesan, salt, and pepper. Bake until crust is cooked thoroughly, and cheese is melted. Set aside and rest until crust becomes room temperature. Toss together lettuce, chicken, red onion, salt, and pepper. Place a generous amount on top covering the crust. Top with grated parmesan to taste and crumbled prosciutto. Serve and enjoy!
