Heat sugar and the rice vinegar into a small pot until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and place in a small bowl, adding sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt, ginger, and yuzu juice. Whisk until combined.
Heat chicken according to package directions. Combine broccoli slaw, purple cabbage, and cilantro in a large bowl and toss with the yuzu sesame dressing. Top with breaded chicken chunks. Garnish with avocado, crispy onions, and sesame seeds.
